As the concept is similar in most applications for easement and corridor maintenance, the added benefits of leaving stumps in the ground with a mat of mulch on top will greatly decrease the chance of erosion. Also by not disturbing the topsoil as much compared to conventional methods, natural grasses grow back much quicker also helping in the decrease of erosion.

When future maintenance is due, a tractor and slasher can be used, as 80% of all stumps will not regrow, therefore reducing future maintenance costs to the client.
